David Seltzer, a Miami personal injury attorney, practices law throughout South Florida. David was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He attended Goucher College, in Towson, Maryland, where he received his Bachelor of Arts, with a major in business and a minor in pre-law in 2001. After graduating early, David worked as a paralegal in New York City on a major products liability litigation suit before attending law school.
David then attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. After two semesters with a ranking in the top-10% of his class, David transferred to the University of Miami School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2004.
While in law school in Miami, David interned with the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, which later turned into full-time employment upon graduation.
